FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT
It's free. You'll sign a waiver upon entering the track but you don't need to pay just to spectate at Growl Fest.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO SPECTATE AT GROWL FEST?
CAN I SHOW MY CAR AND DRIVE RACE IT TOO?
You can. We will park vehicles in such a way for the car show that they may be re-parked without disturbing the parking of the whole show. IMPORTANT: You are responsible for having your vehicle in position for judging when the judges come by to see your car or locating a judge and bringing them to your car before 2pm. The judges do not move according to a set schedule so it will be up to you to check with them to be sure your car is evaluated.
CAN I RIDE WITH MY FRIEND during racing?
Passengers are not allowed during competition. This has to do with liability and insurance. You are welcome to co-drive the same vehicle, however.
CAN I co-drive another subaru?
Don't have your own Subaru available for Growl Fest drag racing or Double Down? No problem, enter via the normal registration process, including completion of all waivers and tech cards. Co-drivers must still pay the normal registration fees.
Any kind of racing will generally place more wear and tear on your vehicle than normal driving. That said, this course navigates cones and is on tarmac. Most drivers never get out of second gear because the course has so many turns. This style of racing is truly a test of driver skill more than the toughness or power of the car on the course. You alone are responsible for damage to your vehicle caused by racing.
